AGD Software Update #1

 Go to the Microsoft Store and type "RAR" in the search bar.  Download Free RAR software named BreeZip. (some pc's will already have RAR Software installed) 

TIP: Make sure your virus protection in  "Microsoft Defender" is off (We also disabled our network firewalls to avoid any other update delays) before you go to 

Step #2

 Plug your usb cable to your phone then connect your phone to the computer. **Make sure your battery is also plugged in the phone.   

Tip: Make sure you see the phone connect to the pc before going to step #4

 Open BreeZip and locate the RAR Folder you just downloaded. (It contains the .exe file needed to install the update.) 

Double click the .RAR folder. The.exe file will appear. Double click the .exe file. This will start the update. The update will take anywhere from 10 - 20 seconds to complete. Once completed It will disappear by itself. 

Unplug the usb wire from the phone and test your new update to make sure your phone has been fixed.
